Heidi Dennis is a veteran hotelier, caterer and event planner with diverse corporate and non-profit clients throughout the US, the Pacific Islands, and Southeast Asia. Heidi is the creative and imaginative heart of our events planning function. Heidi's focus on client service is evident in each of our functions.

Jim Dennis is a hospitality management professional, formerly the general manager of several 5 star resort hotels as well as director of a chain of resorts and country clubs. Jim's orientation to quality, 5 star service and organizational efficiency round out our catering and events planning services.
